Hornsby High School is proud to be recognised by the Department of Education as one of NSW’s most improved schools, following strong year-on-year growth in HSC results and outstanding achievements in the 2025 HSC.

Our 2025 results place Hornsby High School among NSW’s leading comprehensive public schools, ranking 11th in the state for average HSC score (34th overall, including selective high schools). We are also proud to be ranked 3rd among all comprehensive schools across NSW for HSC Mathematics Standard, and 13th overall when selective schools are included.
