Year 12 Hospitality Class

The 12HOSP1 Cookery class completed their final triple practical lesson with an ambitious menu: creamy garlic chicken, blanched broccolini, duchess potatoes, and vanilla slice. This challenging assessment perfectly showcased the culinary skills developed throughout their journey.

Students demonstrated excellent technique and timing as they navigated the complex multi-component meal, from perfecting cream sauce to precise piping and delicate blanching. Rienniel's exceptional performance, saw him achieve all coloured proficiency buttons ending with the coveted gold button.

MAD Night

Our students presented a fantastic evening of 24 performances, including two drama pieces and three HSC Music presentations. Over 70 students from Years 7 to 12 took part, representing both our band program and elective music classes. The evening featured a wide range of musical styles—rock, jazz, pop, funk, folk, mandopop—as well as performances by our combined Concert Band and Wind Ensemble, highlighting the impressive depth of talent across the school.

Our Year 11 and 12 VET Entertainment students brought this event to life by expertly managing lighting, sound, cameras, stage operations, and performer coordination to ensure everything ran seamlessly.

1st Grade - 1-0 win over Ashfield (Zone Premiers)

3rd Grade - 3-0 loss against Epping

5th grade - 1-1 draw vs Epping (Joint premiers)

14a - 2-2 draw vs Ashfield (Joint premiers)

7s Rugby:

14s (1) - 30-10 win over Ashfield (Zone premiers)

Year 10 Snow Trip

Our Year 10 students have returned from an eventful and exciting snow trip, filled with worthwhile memories and moments. A big thank you to all the teachers who went along supporting our students on this memorable trip and for giving up precious time from their families for the week to plan the trip and activities.
